We would like you to be happy with your order. Unopened products, still in their original packaging, can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Write to [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will come back with return instructions and the address to send them to.
Refunds
Once the returned items reach us and have been checked, we refund the original payment method, as a rule within 5–10 business days. The original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is down to an error on our side.
Opened or damaged items
For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If something turns up damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we will put it right.
