Reading the label
Each product states its total cannabinoid in milligrams alongside the bottle volume. Divide the milligrams by the volume in millilitres and you arrive at the per-millilitre strength shown on the product page.
Taking a sublingual oil
Give the bottle a shake. With the dropper, place your measured amount under the tongue, hold it there for around 60 seconds, then swallow.
Storage
Keep the bottle closed, out of direct sunlight and away from heat, and well out of reach of children and pets.
